Synopsis
An airport bombing terror attack occurs in the frigid Roviet Union. The unexpected suspect is Lupin III. However, the "other Lupin" cornered by Zenigata claims his innocence. Zenigata, a man of justice, finds himself confronted by the mysterious "fake Lupin."
