About Aniphoria

Aniphoria is a free guide for anime fans who want to decide what to watch next. We collect the facts that matter, like episodes, studios, staff, characters and watch order, and we pair them with plain-language guides written for real viewers.

What you will find here

Every anime page brings together the basics in one place: what the show is about, how long it takes to watch, who made it, and where it fits in its franchise. Our watch order and filler guides help you skip the confusion and get to the good parts.

Studio, artist and character pages connect the people and studios behind each show, so one favorite can lead you to the next.

Where our data comes from

Facts such as episode counts, dates, studios, staff and characters come from our own database, which is built from open community sources like AniList. Artist biographies can come from Wikipedia and are labeled as such. We show these facts as they appear in our data and fix errors when we find them.

How we write

Our guides aim to be friendly, honest and easy to read. We do not invent facts, and when we are not sure about something, we leave it out. You can read more in our editorial policy.

Independent and fan-focused

Aniphoria is an independent site. It is not run by, and is not officially linked to, any studio, publisher or streaming service. All anime titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners.
