According to Krillin, he and Burter are about equal in strength to Recoome. Nicknamed the "Red Magma", he often pairs with Burter for combination attacks. As his team-mates fall to Goku, Jeice retreats to Ginyu's side for reinforcements. Jeice is still clearly outclassed, however, and is singled-out and killed by Vegeta. In anime fillers, he fought Tenshinhan among with Burter when they attempted to conquer North Kaio's Planet. (Source: Wikipedia)
