Tan Otori

A third-year student at Fujinari Academy Junior High. He serves as the public relations officer for the student council. Despite being a junior high student, he possesses enough academic ability to tutor high school students in math and science subjects. He is also highly competent in his role in public relations. He is incredibly cute and fully aware of it; his words and personality are blatantly "cutesy" and calculated to charm, yet he is a boy. As a "cross-dressing boy" (otokonoko), his nipples are usually visible, though there are times when they are not shown. His father was absent from the time he was old enough to understand his surroundings, and his mother rarely returns home, so he effectively lives alone. Perhaps due to this family situation, he tends to act affectionately toward the student council members as if they were his own family—a tendency particularly evident with Ume (another boy) and Arisu, whom he has known for a long time.
